Tile installation is something you want done right the first time. In Field Technology strives on making sure the customer is comfortable with the equipment and has a good understanding of how everything works. Hands on training is offered with all sales and we always recommend customers call when there’s a problem or question about something. It’s much easier to diagnose a problem in real time than it is after its already happened.

Installation

Proper installation & setup of the equipment is vital to your success. The same care that would be used when working on our own equipment is what is used on yours. We always encourage customers to aid with the installation and some prefer to do it on their own as being hands on is the best way to learn the system.

Calibration

The next step is calibration, all equipment reacts differently. Between the tile plow, tractor or ground conditions, it rare that each system is going to react the same. Following the correct calibration procedure is important in making sure the equipment is ready to go.

Operation

This is the best part of the job, seeing the equipment run. Most customers are chomping at the bit to see everything work, whether its the tile going in the ground or seeing how well their tractor is going to handle the plow. The technology takes most of the guess work out of running the equipment but there still are many tips and tricks I enjoying sharing to ensure their project will be a success.
